PURPOSE
This newly restored industrial tobacco farm was the perfect investment for our San Diego client looking for a rental property in Nashville. The original bones of the space-- brick interior and dreamy lofted wood-beam ceilings-- were just what we needed to create a cozy 1-bedroom experience with a Nashville-theme.
