This newly restored industrial tobacco farm was the perfect investment for our San Diego client looking for a rental property in Nashville. The original bones of the space-- brick interior and dreamy lofted wood-beam ceilings-- were just what we needed to design a playful, upscale experience with a “country & whiskey” Nashville theme.

Custom-designed wallpaper
Urban Nashville-themed design with shuffleboard, neon sign + oversized black leather sectional
Design service included the management + design of all bedding, linens, kitchen + bathroom necessities
Upgraded decorative lighting package
